Scott Miller

Scott brings a wealth of Workforce Management systems experience acquired over more than half a decade in the payroll and WFM industries. During this time, Scott has improved processes within payroll processing departments and delivered payroll and Time & Attendance training to stakeholders at all business levels. Scott now primarily engages in software implementations across the entire UKG product suite.
Scott brings fundamental knowledge of Australian payroll requirements including tax legislation, Enterprise Agreement & Modern Award interpretation, and superannuation. Thanks to his origins in payroll, Scott is also equipped to ensure that Time & Attendance & Payroll systems are configured in accordance with these requirements.
In recent years, Scott has worked as a solution consultant, providing implementation support and system configuration services. Scott has worked as a consultant both vendor-side and client-side, for clients within Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
Scott’s industry experience is broad, encompassing healthcare, manufacturing, animal services, retail, academia, and other industries. His WFM system knowledge and desire to continuously learn positions him as a useful and resourceful member of any WFM implementation project team.
When he’s not working on a UKG project, you can find Scott playing board games with friends or writing about philosophy and personal finance.
